Age Verification Policy

Who may order

This store sells adult products and is restricted to customers aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that age. Orders placed by anyone under 18 are cancelled, and any payment authorisation is released.

Confirmation at checkout

Checkout asks for a date of birth and a confirmation that you are 18 or older. The confirmation is recorded with the order time so that a sale can be evidenced later. Payment details are not stored against that record, and the record is not used for marketing.

Confirmation at delivery

Carriers may require an adult signature on delivery. Where a signature is required, someone aged 18 or over must be present at the delivery address; a parcel will not be left with a neighbour or in a lobby in those cases. If nobody can sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

If verification fails

If a date of birth suggests the customer is under 18, the order is cancelled before dispatch and no charge is captured. If a carrier reports that the person who signed was under 18, the order is cancelled and refunded and the account is closed to further orders.

Checks we do not perform

We do not ask for a photograph of an identity document, and we do not run a credit or background check. Age confirmation is based on the declaration at checkout and, where applicable, an adult signature at the door.

Gifts and third-party delivery

An order sent to a different address is still placed by the customer and the age confirmation attaches to the customer, not the recipient. If an adult signature is required, the recipient must be able to provide it.

Keeping young people away from an order
