Where we ship

Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders, parcel lockers or addresses that route goods onward outside the country. Shipping is quoted from the delivery address at checkout, and a checkout that will not price a shipment is telling you the address is outside our service area.

States and localities

Some states and municipalities restrict the sale or shipment of adult products, or require additional steps before an order may be fulfilled. Where a restriction applies, the order is cancelled before dispatch and no charge is captured. Current restrictions and the documentation they require must be confirmed by the operator before this store accepts live orders; the list on this page is a description of how we handle restrictions, not a guarantee that a given address can be served.

Addresses we cannot serve

• Post office boxes, where an adult signature or a carrier scan is required.
• Hotels, motels and short-stay rentals, because a parcel cannot be signed for reliably.
• Freight forwarding depots and export consolidators.
• Addresses where a previous delivery was refused at the door.

Age and signature rules

Where an adult signature is required, the carrier will not release the parcel to anyone under 18 and will not leave it unattended. This applies to some destinations by law and to higher-value orders by choice. If a signature cannot be obtained, the parcel returns to us and the order is refunded minus the outbound shipping cost.

Restricted contents

Our catalogue consists of storage goods only: cases, pouch sets, dust bags and lock boxes. No item in it contains a battery, a pressurised container, a flammable liquid or any material classified as dangerous goods for transport, so no order is limited by air-transport rules for hazardous cargo.

What to do if you are unsure

Write to support with the full delivery address before ordering and we will confirm in writing whether we can serve it. This is faster than placing an order that is later cancelled, and it avoids an authorisation appearing on a statement for a sale that never happened.
