What to include
Put the order number in the subject line and tell us which item the message is about. If the question is about a fit, include the interior dimensions you need, and we will say plainly whether a case or pouch works. Photographs help for anything damaged or defective.
What we cannot do
We cannot change an age confirmation, cannot ship to an address we are not permitted to serve, and cannot discuss an order with someone other than the customer who placed it. We cannot issue a refund on an opened intimate item, because the hygiene rule that governs the whole category applies here too.
Postal address and legal identity
The trading name, registered entity, postal address and any registration numbers for the operator of this store must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders. Until that information is in place, email and telephone remain the only contact routes.
